About the event
“Tree of Life - Heaven on Earth” represents an important step in Helena Angelini's artistic career, bringing together the artist's journey through different cultures and their particular musical identities. The repertoire consists of songs inspired by Celtic, Afro-Brazilian, Mesopotamian, Jewish and Indigenous cultures. The common link comes from Helena's research into the ancestral roots of each people, aiming to honor the plurality of expressions that go from Heaven to Earth, forming the totality we see in the symbol ‘Tree of Life’. The concert connects her own repertoire with traditional ancestral music collected over the years in her path. The result is an intertwining of exuberant cultures. A devotional gesture celebrating Heaven on Earth.
